After that, worked as a industry head of HR industry for 2 years. In 2015, joined as a Partner Lead for Womenwill Project. In 2006, founded a general incorporated association, at Will Work as a board of directors. Also a public relations and marketing manager for Money Design Co., Ltd. After that, joined Plug and Play Japan in 2018. Currently in charge of marketing and communications in Japan as an executive officer CMO.
