Eriko joined Microsoft Japan in 2011. She has been leading the digital marketing since 2018, after having been in charge of the digital advertising and the digital marketing for Office 365 in B2B. Prior to Microsoft, she worked as a web director and was involved in a mobile marketing startup, she then entered DoubleClick Japan in 2005 to support the implementation and operation of their web analytics service. She became the Director of their web analytics business where she was able to expand their business in Japan. ( acquired by Transcosmos in 2010 )
