Graduate of the Department of Sociology at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Hosei University, Bove entered Hakuhodo Inc. in 2007. After engaging in planning operations for projects across many industries at the Marketing Division, he joined Hakuhodo Brand Design in 2010.​

Bove provides brand consulting and assists product and business development, making use of business ethnography and other research techniques that decode deep layers of consciousness as well as through investigations of human society and future insights derived from a philosophical viewpoint. He has run many co-creation projects with young people — including serving as an instructor at the Brand Design Studio at the University of Tokyo KOMEX since 2012 — and has been working concurrently as the leader of the Youth Research Center since 2019. He is the author of 50 Selected Business Parables: The Future of Companies and Work Deciphered from Stories.
