After working in media planning and effect analysis in the digital domain at Septeni and Hakuhodo, I joined Accenture.
Since then, I have engaged in business reform support, focusing on the manufacturing industry. Primarily involved in business reforms in the marketing field, I provide a wide range of support for B2B companies, ranging from marketing budget optimization, process design, KPI formulation, and BI tool implementation.
Currently, at Accenture's Interactive Department, I am working on creating new value based on customer experience. My mission is comprehensive customer experience design from experience design to operation.
