YOSHIAKI SAWABE, CEO of 1-10 Inc.
Born in 1973. Graduated from Kyoto Institute of Technology.
Founded 1-10 in 1997.
Currently, Yoshi is involved in a wide range of self-initiated projects like the development of AI speech engine for robots, combining various traditional Japanese cultures with cutting edge technologies (MixedArts), and turning various para-sports into compelling digital experience.
Other than his role in 1-10, Yoshi’s is also heavy involved with the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Some of these roles are: Advisor for Tokyo Organizing Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Creative director for the Nippon Foundation Paralympic Support Center, Jury of the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic medal designs, Concept co-creator (along with Mr. Hiroshi Sasaki) of the Flag Handover Ceremony at the 2016 Summer Paralympics held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil .
